Terms and Conditions for Ashnaa London Academy training courses

By purchasing a training course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of training courses in beauty therapy offered by Ashnaa London Academy (“the Company”).

1.2 By purchasing a course, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Course Registration

2.1 Customers must complete the registration process and provide accurate information.

2.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse registration if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or demonstrates an unsuitability for the course.

3. Course Fees

3.1 All course fees are payable in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

3.2 Course fees are inclusive of VAT and are stated in GBP.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to change course fees at any time, but such changes will not affect existing bookings.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods agreed upon during registration.

4.2 Full payment must be received before the course commencement date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Our refund policy is applicable for up to 30 days prior to your course starting, after which we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

5.2 If your request for a refund complies with our 30 day guarantee then we will send you an email to notify you that we have agreed to refund an item.

5.3 Cancellations made less than 30 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.

5.4 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or BACS transfer within five working days.  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us.

5.5 Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

5.6 We only replace a course with another course of the same or higher value. If you need to exchange your course for one of the same or higher value then send us an email.

5.7 The Company reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

6. Course Attendance

6.1 Customers are expected to attend all scheduled classes.

6.2 The Company does not guarantee a refund or credit for missed classes.

6.3 If a customer is unable to attend a course due to illness or other valid reasons, they must inform the Company as soon as possible to discuss alternative options.

7. Course Materials

7.1 Course materials, including manuals and tools, may be provided as part of the course fee.

7.2 All course materials remain the property of the Company and must not be reproduced without permission.

8. Qualifications

8.1 Upon successful completion of a course, customers may receive a certificate of attendance or qualification, depending on the course type.

8.2 The Company reserves the right to withhold certification if the customer does not meet the required standards.

9. Liability

9.1 The Company is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property during the course unless caused by the Company’s negligence.

9.2 Customers are responsible for their own health and safety during training sessions.

10. Data Protection

10.1 The Company will process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10.2 Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of course administration and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All intellectual property rights in the course materials and content are owned by the Company.

11.2 Customers must not use the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Amendments

13.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

13.2 Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in courses will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
