Overview
Our refund policy is applicable for up to 30 days prior to your course starting, after which we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refunds
If your request for a refund complies with our 30 day guarantee then we will send you an email to notify you that we have agreed to refund an item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or BACS transfer within five working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace a course with another course of the same or higher value. If you need to exchange your course for one of the same or higher value then send us an email.
